-Providing 24X7 support and maintenance of data warehouse application using UNIX/Linux, Shell Scripting, C/C++, Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Scripting, Autosys, Git and Remedy tools & technologies.

-Gather and analyze data warehouse and business intelligence (BI) requirements and logical business rules.

-Communicating with end users for planned and unplanned outages in a timely manner.

-Proactive application monitoring by implementing daily health checks and automated scripts to detect any potential infrastructure issues such as disk space, CPU and memory utilisation.

-Coordinating with infrastructure support teams (Linux, Oracle Database, Storage, Network, Middleware and Autosys etc.) to resolve any application production issues within SLAs.

-Keeping up to date all the support related documents such as system administration guide (SAG), user manuals, troubleshooting guides, interface specifications and 3rd party contacts.
