•This position is responsible to operate as a partner and trusted advisor for the Agile PLM business constituents for technology enabled business solutions.

•Responsible for the design, development, and integration of PLM and associated applications. Determine and solution architect the technology solutions as it meets specific business needs.

•Work with IT, PLM Product Owner, Engineering, Manufacturing, Document Control and IT to determine and define the future roadmap for specific areas and applications as it pertains to PLM.

•Gather business requirements, Design, Develop, Verify, Validate and test the solutions and deploy the code or configuration following design control

•Quality management systems and Quality management principles Expert.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Used AGILE PLM tools for ECO (engineering change orders) creations, BOM (bill of material) loading MCO (manufacturing change orders) creations, AML (approved manufactured list) loading routing, tracking, releasing and distribution.

Excellent knowledge of all Baan ERP / Baan IV and Baan V modules (such as Planning, Manufacturing, Purchase, Sales, Reports, Common)

Excellent Adept in mapping business requirements or customizations to Baan ERP / Baan IV workflow and working End Users to solve the issues.

Having Good to Average Functional Knowledge of Agile PLM (Product Collaboration and Product Quality Management).

USED BAAN ERP tools for regular reviews on the Bill of Materials, Approved Manufactured List to ensure that all components successfully released and tracking purpose.

Having Good Knowledge of Agile Interface with ERP applications like Baan.
