Main Achievement in this role:

Really I would like to highlight the fact that my company didn’t have an HR department at first. It was completely my personal initiative to study the HRM certificate at AUC based upon which I planned a project presented it to the company about how to implement an HR department from A to Z.

The project was accepted by the company and the department was implemented as per the steps determined in the project.

The project included phases; starting from building the department right infrastructure (i.e. completing Company missing labor obligations – follow up special requirements for Company bases at Portsaid – Abu Rudeis, ….), the implementation of a right HR system in place, till the management of different HR functions & activities.
