1). GEHC Peoplesoft 9.2 Upgrade and Support
Client: GE Healthcare, Burlington, VT, USA July 2017 – Till Date Role: Lead Consultant -Oracle ERP Peoplesoft
Organization: GENPACT LLC, 1155 6th Ave 4th Floor, New York, NY, USA, 10036 Project Description: GEHC Peoplesoft -9.2 Upgrade includes upgrading PeopleSoft 9.1 application to PeopleSoft 9.2 and deploying GEHC acquired business globally - multiple International Legal entities to Peoplesoft starting from system design development, configuration, testing, conversion and Go live and production support. Responsibilities:
• PeopleSoft Functional Consultant financials responsible for Travel & Expense, Project costing, Contracts and Billing, Purchasing, Accounts Payable and GL modules for PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade.
• Performing initial requirements gathering and fit-gap study for the global rollout from Peoplesoft 9.1 to Peoplesoft 9.2 - worked closely with end users and process owners to cater to business requirements and formulated functional requirement documents for the 9.2 upgrade requirements–URS & FRA documents and getting approval from Business team.
• Designed a new Quote management workbench tool– utility to interface signed quotes from Apttus system and provide ability to modify the attributes associated with lines and create Contracts (allocated and non-allocated), Orders and Projects from tool in peoplesoft which markedly impacted the FCA & CCAs user community efficiency for entering deals and establishing contracts in the system.
• Performing Impact analysis of ASC606 revenue recognition standard that affects customer contracts in Peoplesoft 9.2 with and linking business processes with the setup and business rules of Peoplesoft 9.2
- Creation of new contract allocation summary page to consolidate the management of ASC606 allocation activity onto a single page
- Designed UAR sweep using Peoplesoft 9.2 allocations to sweep unnatural (debit) balance in deferred revenue account to UAR account on contracts where revenue is permitted before invoicing.

The project includes rolling out the Product Controllership functionalities in multiple systems including PeopleSoft, GLPROD, eDHR, Agile, GPM, ITC/TA and improving the performance of interfaces to/from PeopleSoft and other systems. The PeopleSoft 9.1 existing application is configured for the new business units for financial modules. Responsibilities:
• Onsite Business Analyst for requirement gathering and mapping out the legacy system functionalities to the PeopleSoft system and involved in full life cycle - from design to production support.
• Responsible for configurations/setups in Accounts Payable, PO, General Ledger,Project Costing and Contracts, Billing module for establishing new Business Unit for API healthcare and Caradigm- configured accounting rules, rate sets, milestones, project team, contracts support team, products and setting up employees Travel and Expense profiles.

Responsibilities:
• Performed initial requirements gathering and fit-gap study for the global rollout of PeopleSoft suite and worked with user team to prepare Data migration plans for conversion of data from PeopleSoft 8.4 to PeopleSoft 9.1.
• Led the complete development effort which included Code retrofitting- Designing new pages and customizing existing ones using Application Designer, programming in People Code, extensively using PeopleSoft Workflow technology to send notifications using e-mails and worklists, developing Component Interfaces for seamlessly integrating different applications and developing numerous SQRs to generate reports to be used by the various ERP end users.
