General Administration:

Constantly review the operating efficiency of the Departments

Coordinate in the preparation of Departmental Budgets

Review on the Annual Budget

Preparation and implementation of Sales & Marketing strategies

Maintain vigilance over procedures followed in the Departments and suggest improvements

in method in order to streamline the functioning

To chair the daily Morning Meetings with Departmental Heads

Emphasize and practice the systems laid down

Examine guest complaints and advise on the corrective measure to be taken

Routine and daily round of the hotel

Conversant to a reasonable degree with the labour laws

Review all staff training with Departmental heads

To keep the Director Operationsinformed on all activities

Maintain strict vigilance over security and ensure that periodic firefighting drills and other

steps in security preparedness are taken with a view to safeguarding the guest and property

Channel for both formal and informal communications between staff and top management
