*Log all customers reported incidents on the incidents ticket system accurately to ensure tracking, efficiently and infectively managing reported incident.
*Dispatch the maintenance technicians to attend the reported faults within the agreed turnaround time as per SLA.
*Provide support to all internal and external maintenance team while working on customer’s faults.
*Attend to reported incident’s within the required SLA and meets the required standard.
*Log planned Maintenance work on the incident ticket system as scheduled and manage the incident until completion.
*Always captured the faulty handles reported by internal customers and dispatched the field technicians to resolve the faults within turnaround times to keep the DFA network secured.
