*Always captured the faulty handles reported by internal customers and dispatched the field technicians to resolve the faults within turnaround times to keep the DFA network secured.

*Monitor the DFA fiber optic network alarm events live and trace the affected customers while dispatched the relevant Maintenance technician according to the region to investigate the alarm and give feedback on the findings.

*Compile incident report on the customer reported fault according the required standard (5 w’s) and ensure that is completed.
