1. Currently working in Mahindra & Mahindra as a consultant in Vehicle Architecture since April 2017.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generating conceptual design, benchmarking & analysis as per product request.

Technical specification & vehicle layout preparation.

Build, testing & field issues resolution & closure. ACHIEVEMENTS:

Designed the Radiator mounting bracket by reducing the size to eliminate the scratch marks observed on radiator while opening and closing of the Hood thus resolved the build issue.

Finalizing position for reservoir brake thus ensuring undisturbed flow for brake fluid to master cylinder maintaining minimum height requirement and ease for oil filling during service.

Suggested and implemented optimum position for fuel filter and designed a guard to avoid front tire rubbing with the filter thus resolving the field issue of filter getting damaged.

Designed concept for Telematics mounting bracket thus making the part common across all the platforms.

Finalized location for Farm Machine Control Unit under Floor panel with minimum vibration thus ensuring NVH standards and function of the control unit. Also, concern for theft avoided and helped in aesthetics of the vehicle.

2. Worked in Yeshshree Press Comps in Production line as a GET from September 2014 to March 2016.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling man power efficiently and training the operators for machine handling.

Achieve daily production target with quality assurance.

Maintain 5s in the working area.

Conduct safety awareness training programs for operators ACHIEVEMENTS:

Reduced the takt time by 2 mins between two assembly stages to achieve the target output of 80 assemblies of the 3 wheeler body

Created safety awareness among the operators working on the production line thus reducing the mishaps on assembly stages.

Implemented 4 Kaizen and 1 Pokayoke to eliminate and rework and scrap thus saving a cost of Rs.2000 for a scrapped assembly.
