Responsible for conducting CFT meeting for NPD.

Preparation of all process documentation during project stage.

Responsible for Development of Tools and New Suppliers.

Execution of APQP process during product development stage.

Execution of PSW and submission of PPAP documents on time.

Take the responsibility for ECN Changes implementation.

Development of Prototype parts and dimensional inspection of Developed parts Vehicle level Parts submission to Customer. Customer interaction for Trail feedback & approval of final model.

Preparation of Bill of Material (BOM) for the New project.

Management of all process / product modification during project and serial production.

Take the responsibility for all improvement activities and implementation.

Responsibilities: Reporting to VP-Development

To understand the concept and application to prepare 3D models, Detailing, Assemblies in order to segregate parts & sub assembly levels for assembling feasibilities.

Preparation of 2D drawings with respect to fits and tolerance by applying suitable GD&T and International standard (IS) Designations and its Specified grades.

To selection of materials by considering its properties, applications, availability, heat treatable properties and machinability criteria, mostly customer decided.

Conceptual new product development Preparation of New Project Timeline.

Part level verification with respect to BIW

Implementation of Design changes (ECN) in the developed part.

Conduct Manufacturing Design feasibility with design team.

Selection of Raw Material and its manufacturing process & manufacturing feasibility for all New Product Development.

Preparation of Bill of Material (BOM) for the New project.

RFQ to Supplier for tools & Supplier selection based on the quotation.

Preparation & updating of Tool Progress Report (TPR).

Receipt of patterns, series tool & gauges, Inspection of patterns, series tool & gauges as per Drawing.

Design verification & Development of FRP (RESIN TOOLS) patterns like PU Patterns, compression moulding patterns in-house.

Development of Prototype parts and dimensional inspection of Developed parts Vehicle level Parts submission to Customer. Customer interaction for Trail feedback & approval of final model.

Handover the new project to Production with relevant documentation.

Training the Production Person related to New Product for 3 months from Start of Production. Work instruction & Training manual preparation for New Process implementation.

Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products. Implementation of Poke Yoke systems.
