I subscribe to an holistic approach to training the human body. I believe that no matter what your goals are injury prevention and proper movement patterns are key. I am of the opinion that you cannot build a house on faulty foundation. Hence, I consider it extremely important to first identify and rectify faulty motor patterns, mobility deficits, and strength imbalances that not only increases your risk of injury but also stall your progress before attempting to load more complex movements that are in line with your goals. I use periodization techniques to ensure steady and sustainable progress and I believe that working not only hard but smart is essential to getting results.
