Present Responsibility: - Process Quality Assurance Engineer JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITY:-

To conduct process & product audit.

Responsible for verifying all the present and previous days records of the process.

Responsible for maintaining the process as defined in control plan.

Responsible for Heat treatment Process control with the help of yokogava graph.

Responsible for tracking basket wise process and verifying hardness.

Validation of Poka-Yoke on different types of Automation instruments and Machines.

Daily rejection review with production department.

Periodically Cut section of part and comparing with drawing dimensions.

To identify problem related to Product, process and Quality System and initiate corrective action for the same.

Problem solving by using 7 QC tools.

Conduct various trials to reduce rejection and rework in casting.

Maintaining Quality System of in-house.

As per control plan find-out root cause of non-conforming production.

Measuring and monitoring of in-house rejection & vendor rejections.

Improvement plans to maintain Quality standards & Poka-yoke consistency.

Utilization of manpower & monitoring all activities at die casting, machining & delivery.

Preparation for customer visits &faced all audits successfully.

Generated various formats for reporting and maintaining Quality Records.

On daily basis make MIS report for Rejection status.

Preparation of daily rejection data for meeting with defective sample of top five defects.

To help production people to synchronize and minimize/eliminate non value added activity leading to excessive lead time for movement of material.

Arrangement and managing manpower as per dispatch plan for achieving 100 % dispatch.

Verifying final inspection report and preparing data die wise, date wise, operator wise, etc for analysis.

Attending the Daily Rejection Meeting and Analysis of root causes and taking necessary corrective action with support of superiors.

Having Awareness and knowledge of 7 QC, CAPA, IPO, Control Plan, and FMEA.

To make kaizens and providing Gauges to maintain quality at various stages of production and inspection.

Attending Customer complaints and taking action on Complaint. Domain Expertise in usage of equipment’s
