Details of my experience:-

(1)Maxwell Projects Pvt Ltd-Green Park, N.D-Plant Head (Consultant)-Sept 2019-Fbruary 2020- Start-up of a new manufacturing unit for Bio-degradable plastics and its compound. The job included development of plots at Kosikala ( Mathura), acquiring govt mandatory documents, designing plant layout, selection of machines appointment of manpower. Identifying the sources of raw materials and machines in India and abroad.

At the moment the project is on hold due to outbreak of Corona virus in China and other countries. Import of machines and materials are suspended from China.

(2) Rostfrei Steels Pvt Ltd-Greater Noida,U.P-G.M (Factory)- Jan 2019- April 2019. Head of complete 3units. Manufacturer and supplier of liquid Storage tanks, Grain storage Silos, in Zinc Alum and Glass Fused Steels, supplying in India and abroad.

(3) Worked as consultant of Project/Plant development in various organisations from 2016 onwards to Dec 2018 :-

(a) Driplex Water Engineering Pvt Ltd.-New Delhi- Working from time to time as project developer at Haridwar and Gr.Noida.

(b)Faridabad Metal Udyog Pvt Ltd. Faridabad. May 2017- July 2017 – Head Project & Maintenance.(Consultant as plant development). Continued till today whenever required.

(c)D.B.P.Engineering Pvt Ltd, Gr.Noida.- Engaged as a Consultant for Production Process, Quality improvement, Third Party inspection and Business development.

(4) Rajesh Machines Tools Pvt Ltd(Rajesh Group)- Rajkot, Gujrat-From Jan 2016-Sept’ 2016, as Sr.Vice Prsident (Plant). Manufacturer of Hydraulic Bending m/c, Shearing m/c, Power Presses (Hydraulic and Mechanical) of different sizes. Upgradation of the plant. Collaborating with GIZELIS & BOSCHERT, a German company, Erection & commissioning of new machineries, Developing new products. Plant management, enhancing production, quality control, manpower skill, up gradation of technology and infrastructure. Reporting to M.D.

Rajesh Machines India LLP ( sister concern of Rajesh Group)- Plant Head- within the above period- Setting up a mini plant, Manufacturing Power Presses( Hydraulic and Mechanical) of different sizes. Erection and commissioning of machines, Designing the layout of plant, Stream lining the productivity, appointment of manpower and training, maintenance, quality control, development of new machines.

(4) Coslight India Telecom Pvt Ltd(MNC), Una,H.P -From July 2012 – September2015.-GeneralManager(Operation). Initiated the start-up operation of a mega project ( 450 crores) in 2012 and completed in March 2015 and thereafter continued looking after production and plant operation. Responsible for project planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordinating with electrical, civil, architectectural engineer for design modifications and faster completion of project within given deadline and budget.

Procurement of machineries from domestic market and abroad. Erection of machines and commissioning them, appointment of manpower at all levels, Arranging all mandatory N.O.Cs from various Govt. organisations, Establishing all departments like Production, Q.C & Q.A, maintenance, H.R, I.R, Purchase, Store and inventory, Security.

Additionally started the E-Bike plant and looking after the production, Q.C, and Business development. Coordinating with top management, reporting to M.D.

(5) Maxwell Projects Pvt. Ltd. Gr.Noida (Sister concern of Driplex Water Engineering Pvt Ltd.Delhi).- Jun.2005-Till June 2012.- General Manager (Works).- Head of a manufacturing unit producing Water Treatment and Ash Handling Plants. Managing works with 150 work force. Initiated the start-up operation of the plant in 2005 at Gr.Noida,and completed in 2006 and thereafter continued production till June 2012. Looking after production planning, admin, Inventory, production, Q.C, Q.A, Maintenance, Product development, H.R, Procurement of raw materials, I.R. Coordinating with top management, reporting to M.D.

(6) Macawber Beekay Pvt.Ltd. Noida.(U.P.)- Dec.2003-Jun.2005-Dy.General Manager(Works)- Head of manufacturing unit producing Ash handling Plants and accessories, catering to domestic & international markets. (8) Faridabad Metal Udyog Pvt.Ltd. (Sheet Metal Industry). Faridabad-2000-Aug 2003- Sr Manager- Looking after Q.C. Handling Third part inspection & Production of Sheet metal products including deep drawing, forming, bending, arc welding, submerged arc,TIG & MIG welding.
