• Assist customer/caller to order products/service such as internet, wireless phone and cable/satellite. Educate customer for the prices of the services.

• Assist customer/caller to purchase/order a movie that is available from ATT we call this Pay Per View.

• Help customer/caller to purchase/order different American Sports such as NBA League Pass, NFL Sunday Ticket, NHL Center Ice, and MLB Extra Innings.

• Offer and educate customer/caller of every product/services that is available on their area.

• Walk through customer/caller to their online logging in.

• Help customer for basic troubleshoot if there is an error or issue on their cable, internet and wireless phone service.
