Job Responsibilities

Proficiency in managing safe plant operations & coordinate with maintenance team for reducing downtime of equipments, thereby enhancing operational effectiveness.

Review safe work procedure and its job safety analysis to ensure safe work.

Ensure maintenance activities are carried out within planned schedule as per budget and customers’ requirements are met.

Ensure effective communication and coordination with CEO (consumers, contractors, vendors) to ensure smooth execution of maintenance works

Manage maintenance and operation procedure ensure local regulatory and safety are adhered to industrial standards.

Turning of control panels to achieve desired process parameters.

Supervise, execute and monitor the activities within the manufacturing facilities to ensure reliable and optimal operation of process, Equipment, utility and facility.

Analyze performance and efficiency of operations and derive technical solutions for further improvement of quality product.

Shell and tube Heat Exchangers (Coolers & condenser's), Plate Heat Exchangers.

Spiral tube heat exchangers - Feed pre Heaters.

Compressors (Reciprocating & screw,centrifugal )

1Root Blowers, Liquid ring Vacuum pumps.

Switch condensers, Storage tank Safety system (Breather valve’s, Blow plate, PSV and N2 Blanketing system).

Previous Experience

Working with Total Petrochemicals SEA Pte limited from March 2015 – August 2017 as Production Superintendent and reporting to General Manager.

Job Responsibilities

To operate the plant process and utilities units safely and efficiently to manufacture quality products in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.

To fill the role of a permit checker for the Safe Work Permit system.

Response to plant emergency as member of the Emergency Response Team.

Coordinate with class-1 safety interlock and tank top safety check, etc

Working with ALLIED CONTAINER (ENGRS & MFRS) PTE LTD, Singapore from April 2014 –Feb 2015 as Chemical Engineer and reporting to Manager.

Assessing Safety and environmental issues ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation.

Estimating production cost reports for Manager.

Attend weekly progress meetings with other members of the development team.

Worked with Petrokemya Arabian Petrochemical ltd SABIC, Saudi Arabia from January 2010-Jan 2014 as Chemical Engineer and reporting to Plant Head.
