• Commissioning of Boilers, FANs, APHs.

• Cold & Hot start-ups, emergency handling of the 120MW units

* Maintenance of Pulverized Fuel/ Oil fired HP Boiler & KW turbine.

* Maintenance of Turbine Auxiliaries like Cooling Towers, Circulating water pumps, Feed Pumps, ACW and CCW water pumps, Fuel Oil Handling System, Heat Exchangers etc. along with related water pipe line network & Compressors(Screw& Centrifugal)

* Maintenance of boiler auxiliaries like ID fans, FD Fans, PA Fans, APHs, ESPs ect.

* Ash Handling Plant - Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of equipment like Dense Phase Pneumatic Fly Ash Conveying System including Ash Transportors, Ash conditioners, Blowers, Bag Filter House etc. I am conversant with both top discharge & bottom discharge system.

Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of wet ash evacuation system - Flushing Apparatus, Rotary vane feeders, plate valves etc. Ensures optimum water consumption for ash transportation in slurry form.

Bottom Ash Handling System including water impounded bottom ash hopper, feeder gate, Clinker Grinder, Je flushing apparatus, scrapper conveyers etc.

Ash slurry transport system including ash slurry pumps, HP pumps, LP pumps, slurry discharge valves & piping system from power house to ash pond.

Commissioning,Operation & maintenance of High Concentration Slurry Disposal system with GHEO pumps.

* Coal Handling Plant -Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of equipment like Belt Conveyors, Wagon unloading system, stacker & reclaimers, Plough Feeders, trippers, Ring Granulator (Crusher), Belt Feeders, Inline Magnetic separators, Vibro Pulse Screen, Eccentric Disc Screen,Dust extraction & suppression system, belt weighers etc.

* Commissioning & Maintenance of Centralized Air-conditioning System( Vapor Absorption System, Vapor compression system ), and Package A.C. unit .

1)Developing a unique system to clear off bottom ash hopper chocking without stopping the boiler.

2)Developing stacking & reclaiming schedule to minimise spontaneous burning.

3)Developing ammonia dozzing in flue gas to reduce stack emission below 80 mg/Nm2.

4)Designing & implementing hydraulically operated mulsifier system in place of pneumatically operated system.

5)Implementing RLA study for all major equipments like boiler pressure parts, turbines, transformers ect.

6)Replacing the vapor compression system to vapor absorption system in air conditioning plant.

7)Replacing the force cooling towers in Air conditioning Plant to natural draft cooling towers.

8)Replacing the vibro feeder with plough feeder in Coal handling plant.

9)Designing an assisted lubrication system to turbine bearings in case of total power failure.

10) Operation & maintenance of High Concentration Slurry disposal system.

11) On line condenser cleaning system.
