Scope of Work: Design & testing of valve body as per standard ASME B16.34, EN-1092 PN-10, MSS-SP-151, MSS-SP-81, clevis shear strength calculation, stem load calculation for electric actuator usage. Design drafting using GD&T techniques along with casting tolerances. Preparation of layout drawing for valve equipment, preparation of bill of materials, hook-up drawing for the accessories used for the valve equipment for other valves within the Project order. Mounting of Rotary Contactless positioner into Linear Valve using linkage kits.

Client: Utkal Alumina;
Scope of Work: Preparation of HVOF Coating & ANSI/ FCI 70-2 Class II leakage Components of Disc & Liner for zero offset Slurry butterfly valve as per ANSYS Simulated Calculation. Valve body preparation for special drilling, Stem Mast Calculation, making special arrangement for actuator to be mounted on valve. Detail cross sectional drawing & layout drawing and its bill of material preparation for the assembly prepared, 3D modelling preparation for 2D drawings components of butterfly valve & Segmented ball valve including Rotary actuator. Calculating timing & allowable leakage ANSI/ FCI 70-2 class IV for the Slurry Zero offset & segmented ball valve, API 598 for soft seated double offset butterfly valves. Assembly of pneumatic positioner and rotary limit switch on actuator using linkage mechanism as per customer requirement.
Project: Standardization of Pneumatic Fittings & Connector for Controlling Valve Equipment. Scope of Work: Preparation of pneumatic connectors using Pneumatic Schematic drawings and its hook-up drawings thereby Preparing Connector for Bill of materials for different sizes, for trimming down production down time.
