ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
Conducting Safety Training and tool box talks / Awareness program as per training calendar to all categories of site employees at site.
Ensure wearing of PPE’S by all workers and staffs like helmets, goggles, glass, life jackets, safety shoes, safety belts, masks, etc.
Preparing JHA, Risk Assessment as per work requirement.
Conducting weekly safety meeting.
Preparing checklists, incident reports & investigations.
Ensure safe operating instructions are available at working place.
Ensure availability of First aid kits and Fire extinguishers at all work place.
Supervising First aid precaution.
Conducting weekly inspection in labors camp.
Having knowledge related to work permits i.e. hot / Lifting / Height work permit
Employee Medical Checkup programs as per Factory Act 1948 In the factory.
Daily inspection of crane and scaffolding.
Put necessary safety precaution before starting any job.
Coordination with execution team for their smooth and safe operation to deliver the project in given timeline.
Preparing HSE audit reports, inspection reports, training reports.
