• MAIN PROJECT: “ Synthesis of nanocrystalline cellulose from jute fiber.” The aim of the project was the production of nanocrytalline cellulose. Jute fiber was the raw material we chose. Characterization of nanocrystalline cellulose was done by FTIR, XRD, SEM.

• MINI PROJECT: “Preparation of tartaric acid from tamarind leaves.” We analysised the presence of tartaric acid in tamarind leaves and prepared it in lab scale. Characterization was done using FTIR.
