I have * years of experience in multidisciplinary civil &

structural infrastructure engineering projects like Underground Metro, Flyover, Rail Bridge, Road Bridge, Culvert, Retaining Walls, RCC & Steel Building, Port, River Training Work etc. I was actively involved in preliminary & detailed engineering for a number of challenging projects in India & abroad. Among all of the projects, my role was preparation of design report, preparation of GAD & working drawings, preparation of billing of Quantity, collection of Design data, design & drawing approval from client, construction methodology preparation & design co-

ordination with my team & client.

Scope- Design & Building of Viaducts of balance cantilever structure about 1195 m long with two carriage ways (LHS and RHS) each 17.5m wide. From analysis point of view, the structure divided into 4 similar modules (Structurally continuous unit between expansion joint: 5 X 98 + 2 X 53.75 = 597.5m). Modules consists of spans between LA1 to LP7, LP7 to LA2, RA1 to RP7 and RP7 to RA2.

The works include approximately 4km of tunnels, turnouts, turnbacks, cripple siding, cross passages, ventilation shafts, escape shaft, TBM launching and receiving shafts, RTS facility buildings, exit staircases, additions and alteration works, roadwork and commuter facilities.

6. PROJECT- Feasibility Study & Detail project Report of 20km Bridge over river Brahmaputra.

Scope- Consultancy services for preparation of Feasibility Study and Detailed Project Report for two / four lane bridge including approaches over river Brahmaputra between Dhubri on north bank and Phulbari (on south bank) in the state of Assam / Meghalaya on NH-127B (length: 20km) on EPC mode under JICA.

Role-

Responsible for collection of available data of the project area.

Scope- The project consists of development of 4-lane Islampur Bypass of 10.31km length from km 0+000 (Ex. Ch. Km 498+500) to km 10+310 (Ex. Ch. Km 506+950) on NH-31 in the state of West Bengal under NHDP Phase-II on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode.

10. PROJECT- DMRC-CC23.

1. PROJECT- East-West Metro Project, Contract-UG1. Client- Kolkata Metro Rail Corporation Ltd.

Duration- Jul 2011 – Dec 2012

Scope- Transtonnelstroy-Afcons Joint Venture (TTAJV) was awarded the contract for Design and construction of East- West Metro Project UG-1 contract. The contract comprises of 3.37km of twin bored tunnels and 3 underground stations. Two Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM) will carry out the tunnelling operation and about 600m of the tunnel will be under river Hooghly. The total cost of the project is Rs.953 crores.

Role-

Responsible for preparation of STAAD-Pro model of Howrah Maidan Station to calculate the reinforcement and crack width of slabs;

Checking of stability (Foundation Design) of whole station;

Preparation of a model and calculation of RCC Crash Barrier;

Design of Guide Wall of Howrah Station for Diaphragm wall;

Calculate the ultimate capacity of Struts according to IS 800-2007;

Temporary and Permanent building design (G+2);

Preparation of drawings for dewatering purpose;
