Job Responsibilities included:

Reviewing Client specifications, Material submittal Sheets, approved drawings and coordinates directly with site management and subcontractor to identify deficiencies.

Assists warehouse in checking the completeness of the received materials as per the delivery note, identification of any damaged, short received materials etc.

Issuing MIR for all materials once checked as per the Approved material submittal,

(MSS) Equipment schedules and BOQ.

Co-ordinates with Subcontractor for readiness of the Working area for installation of MEP Works through New Activity Commencement form prior to start of any new activity on site.

Continuously monitoring of all site execution and progress of work and to ensure materials used complies with approved submittals & Project Specifications.

Timely inspections with Site Engineer/ staff.

Making RFI (Request for Inspection) upon completion of every activity on site and getting approvals from the client and consultants.

To ensure that Inspection and Testing complied with Project Specifications, Approved Execution Drawings & Inspection Test Plan (ITP’s).

Continuously monitoring of all site execution and progress of work and to ensure materials used complies with approved submittals & Project Specifications.

Timely inspections with Site Engineer/ staff.

Making Red line drawing in case of installation is modified.

To assist the site as Technical Assistance when necessary as needed.

Monitoring the Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) of various equipments.

Responsible for all related work inspection at site in accordance with the approved ITP for consultant inspection and approval.

Responsible for all incoming material inspections and approval from consultant and client prior to issue at site.

Prepare material submittals, Method of statements, Inspections test plan (ITP), Operation and maintenance Manuals, all other related documents for consultant approval.

Carry out all discipline related inspections (Mechanical, civil, Drainage utilities, Infrastructure (roadwork) Manholes and land survey etc.

Arrange Moke up inspections and testing with constructions team.

Prepare weekly QA/QC report and update logs.

Prepare daily progress report and report to Manager.

Issue internal SVR to construction team for any quality violation.

Conduct trail pits for all utilities line prior any Excavation works.

Leading a team of Qc Inspectors.

Responsible for any internal or external audits.

Ensure that latest standards are compliance in the organizations.

Initiates new formats and procedures based on the requirements.

Participate routine inspections of firefighting equipments for different systems and make sure everything going on as per QCDD Requirements.

Ensure company QHSE policy and procedures.

Carry out the stage wise inspections of different types of Valves.

Quantity measurement of pipes, AHUs, FCUs, Valves etc. installed at site and making comparative study with bill of quantity, identifying extra items and related bill preparation.

Determine the size of HVAC and preparation of ducting layout and conduct friction loss calculation for ductwork (ESP) External static pressure and other related works.

Determine the size of chilled water piping, preparation of piping layout and conduct Pump head calculation.

Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Discrepancy Report (DR), when activities deviate from the Contract Specifications or normal Construction industry practices.

LG India Ltd at Greater Noida with Total Load (TR) as 533. MajorEquipments installed are 61x8.75 TR ceiling suspended ductable split units.

Ultra International Ltd at Sahibabad with Total Load (TR) as 88. Major equipments installed are 2x33 TR + 1x22 TR Air-cooled scroll chilling units. 10 Air Handling units of 4000 CFM each and some Fan Coil units of various capacities. EDUCATION
