• Built a minimum viable product that performs object detection and tracking and increased accuracy and customer satisfaction over off the shelf software. The new software generated over $1.5M revenue in the first year for startup that provides parking guidance solution.

• Evolved the software increasing the performance 30X, reducing the cloud storage cost 4X, enhanced scalability to support multi- ple parking structures, different display signs and cameras from different vendors and APIs for valet companies.

• Research and Development for next generation architecture of the product to run on edge devices like raspberry pi.

• Leveraged deep learning models like YOLO, SSD, FRCNN and neural network accelerators like Intel Movidius, Google Coral TPU and Nvidia Jetson Nano for edge processing.

MANAGING TEAMS

• Researched and recruited an outsourcing firm to build the front end web portal of the product to decrease time to market and be cost efficient, hired another firm to provide DevOps support to ease the deployment process.

• Leading and Managing the Technical team of 10 and growing. Training new hires on system architecture and code base, conduct- ing standup meetings to mark progress and set goals, initiated the culture of using Slack and Jira for better communication and project management, set up the source control using Team Foundation Server and created the dev environment on Azure. • Improved the accuracy of the system from 83% to 98% through several iterations of system analysis.

• Improved the speed of testing bringing the time down from 1 week to 1 day before deployment on production by building the testing infrastructure within the organisation to mimic a parking garage like environment. SALES AND CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
