Make recommendations to senior management about ways in maximum efficiency with Operation Room utilizations and minimize the out of network referrals.
Extract data from warehouses (Access, Microsoft SharePoint, Project, OneNote, and Microsoft Visio), Importing that data to Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software using querying techniques.
Research in-network and out-of- network surgical procedures by pulling Operating Room data in surgical scheduling System (S3) to show utilization and productivity.
Facilitate required statistical data using various software applications in order to prepare and formulate a variety of administrative, technical reports, and memorandums.
Generate summary reports (monthly, quarterly yearly) on current standings, addressing concerns from internal and external shareholders; face-to-face, via/email, and via/phone pertaining to the data metrics for understanding and knowledge.
Accurately gathers and compiles statistical data reports from Resource Management and Environmental Studies (RMES) system for data metrics.
Make executive decisions based on data research and analysis to close and reopen Operating Rooms.
