Constellium has 8 190,000 lbs. Reverb furnaces, four kiln feed re melts and four direct charge re melt furnaces, and (2) 110,000 DC casting furnaces.

Receiving of scrap and raw materials Inventory as well as scheduling of 3 to 4 (13) man crews. Preparation of Daily furnace schedules, molten metal schedules, molten pot cleaning schedules and parameters of raw materials for charging reverb furnaces.
Other responsibilities include performing charge calculations and furnace chemistries on MWK scrap blending programs to minimize batch blend cost as well as meeting all customer specifications and requirements. Excel, word, Oracle, MP-2, artist/oracle interface program, Extensive work process training (Sinclair) programs, 6 Sigma, QS9000, ISO14001, Miosha MSHARP, and four year chair person of the Safety committee.
Six-Sigma green belt certification and have been involved in numerous plant improvement teams. Oversee training of all new hires on plant job hazard analysis, plant procedures and company rules.
