Mr. Ilechukwu has more than 31 years of diverse experience in program and project cost planning and scheduling across various industries. He was the Planner for the construction of 3 Nuclear Power Stations in Arizona (Parlo Verdi Nuclear Generation Station outside of Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Ilechukwu was the Planner for the construction of 2 Power Plants in Iraq. Mr. Ilechukwu was the Planner on at least 15 Power Plant Outages while at Westinghouse Corporation. He was also a consultant to Con Edison in New York. Some of his recent assignments include: Planning and Scheduling Consultancy which includes the review of baseline schedules for the expansion of Penn Station in New York City. The project is called Moynihan Station Redevelopment Project which has Amtrak and LIRR as two of the major Railroad companies involved in the project in addition to the State of New York and Skanska as the Contractor/Construction Manager. After the first explosion at the World Trade Center in 1993, he developed the baseline schedules used for the restoration upgrade of railway platforms.
