*1999 – 2015 (ongoing through tenure at Enmax) - Documented and published full procedural and process library for Interval MDM work methods, complete with hyperlinks to a shared folder, resulting in knowledge transfer for existing team members and training material for newcomers. This included a 200-page training manual used to correctly curate and submit a major daily report to stakeholders.

*2007 - Following Chicago Manual of Style and Canadian Press Guide rules, I created and published departmental standards for documentation, resulting in consistent flow and tone of procedural documentation.
