Attending briefing before joining the duty by discussing last night figures, and making assure to be prepared for duty with all the necessary equipment’s.

Maintaining Daily Report in MS Excel by tracking all guest requests, guest complaints and also maintaining wakeup call sheet.

Job Responsibilities as an Associate – Front Office:

Attending briefing by reporting on time for duty. Discussing all the figures for the last night including occupancy, average daily rate etc. Reading all the incidents for last night and Ensuring priority members, repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition. Establishing rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship

Taking check in and check outs for smooth operations. Updating registration cards with entering all the information in the opera PMS.Completing c form on time.

Handling Cash float to ensuring everything is under control. Doing Foreign exchange and due backs and keeping proper track on that. Maintaining cash book with all the details filled up and ensuring a proper cash drop in each shift.

Ensuring all the batches for MC/VISA/AMEX machines settled properly. By tallying all the detail reports of machines with the report in the OPERA system. Updating all the complimentary stay vouchers in excel sheet and keeping a track on that.

Having a check list with all the information's filled and ensuring everything is done on time at the end of the shift. By handovering check list to duty manager and ensuring all the works are done at the end of the day.

Service Express

One Touch does it all. Handling all the guest requests from Housekeeping, Engineering, Laundry, Food and Beverage, reservation queries (Internal & External). To make sure all the guest requests are completed on time without any complain. Handling guest complaints informing the same to the duty manager or restricting the problem myself so that it doesn’t extend and the guest doesn’t have to face any further problems.

oIn-ROOM Dinning Orders

To take all the in room dinning orders as it was the part of service express and to punch the same in the micros, imparting all the food and beverage knowledge to the guest for the good experience and a good feedback.

oGuest profile communication

This includes sharing VIP guest’s profile, feedback and suggestions with the all operational departments. This also ensures that we do not leave any room for dissatisfaction or inconvenience to guests who were not very pleased during their previous stay/s.

Handling Star guest (portal for all the guest request pre-arrival) queries regarding transport from the airport, arranging cake & bouquets and billing

Concierge –

Performing various tasks such as making restaurant reservations, booking hotels, arranging for spa services, recommending night life hot spots, booking transportation (like taxi, limousines, airplanes, boats, etc.), coordinating porter service (luggage assistance request), procuring of tickets to special events, and assisting with various travel arrangements and tours of local attractions. Concierge also assists with sending and receiving parcels.
