Take feedback remark from field engineer which is received from customer end and after give resolution to customer.

Check RF parameter for KPI of 2G,3G and 4G Like SD_Block,Tch_block,SD_drop And Cell Utility.

Check soft blocking,hard blocking and TBF ETC.

6. PAYRO TELECOME PVT LTD FROM MAY’14’2014 TO AUG’15’2015

Worked as a Drive Test Engineer and MIS coordinator at Pune (NSN 2G&3G) projects.

Responsibilities-To find the causes of the call drops, blocked calls, handover failure, poor quality, poor C/I, interference etc.

Improving the identified problems through hardware change, antenna change, antenna refinement like down/ up tilts, change orientation and radiation center height. Addition of missing neighbors (which should be defined for handover )

To check the coverage of the radio cell and compare it with coverage prediction.Verifies the parameters e.g. Rx level, cell id Rx quality, BSIC and MAIO etc. defined by the operator planner.

In data drive check the mode throughput data, calculating the speed and coding scheme of any particular site and then optimize it as per requirement.

Full command on TEMS tool version 10.0.1, MIPT, Map info tool.

Data analysis after drive test, primary optimisation for verifying existing coverage site. Conducting Drive for macro & micro sites to meet traffic and coverage requirements.

Checking the handover performance between cells (Incoming / Outgoing HO).

Following the customer complaints issues and gives some recommendations.

Planning and re planning cell size antennas (Azimuth or tilt) and/or location to meet traffic capacity & coverage needs.

Worked as a Drive Test Engineer and survey Engineer at Indore (Tata DoCoMo)projects.

Responsibilities-
