Preparing costing (Own material cost) and comparison for the electrical and firefighting materials in excel by using the quotations and list prices.

Maintaining ISO documentation, record keeping, suppliers / manufacturers Data Bank records.

Attending the techno-commercial meeting with client /consultant /PMC.

Technical & commercial bid offer submission and closing the deal as per the commercial norms.

Preparing all the related documents to submit the tender in prescribed format before the submission time.

Identification of the sub-vendors in the market & call them for negotiations for the pricing with involvement of purchase team.

Preparation of sub-contractor rates and getting the approval from management.
