Being a duty manager I am reporting to the Unit/Cinema Manager. Handling Customer issues, Customer concern, Sale, Giving targets to Team for day to day basis, man- power, Cash management, Movie scheduling, giving suggestive pricing to the Cinema manager, daily sales Reports, Daily Inventory, daily ticket reconciliation, Tracking Service on seat (SOS) done by the Team members, Audits, Safety and security, purchase, new product launched, Staff training, Housekeeping management, making coordination with the Finance, Housekeeping and Engineering team for smooth operation etc. Giving reports to Cinema/unit Manager.
