Publicis Sapient (Client: McDonalds) Product Manager Strategy & Consulting May 2018- Till Date

As Product Manager for McDonald’s Bilingual Global Mobile App, Targeted for US Market, I:

1.Lead yearly Product Roadmap planning, prioritization and grooming, Define Value Streams in line with KPIs. Also incorporate scaled agile in existing agile projects. Own PDLC from discovery to delivery. In my recent product releases I: Introduced Complex Products (Food Combos) in GMA offers, Integrated of GMA with delivery partners for US, Integrated Upcharge, Surcharge and additional taxes to ordering, Integrated GMA with Adobe’s latest Rich Notifications and Deep linking, UX/UI for Punch Cards, Search Optimization for seamless customer experience, etc.

2.Work Closely with Program Management on defining and documenting high level features (INTAKE/ IDEA), envisioning and creating a Program Backlog.

3.Conduct market comparison and create business cases for feature evolution on McD’s Mobile app. In 2020, I have successfully upgraded our product with 12 new features which were clear winner in our AB test approach.

4.Coordinate Continuous Monthly Releases (Release Management, planning and Handover for In Sprint, Beta and Production Releases) while partnering with Restaurant and Web Technologies and other implementation partners. Maintain Kanban.

5.Advice McD’s Marketing and Legal teams as GMA’s representative.

6.Drive coordination between development and testing vendors, in day to day testing related activities for Future releases and current PROD and Beta releases.

7.Execute voice of customer review and incorporate the feedback into backlog for spring planning.

8.Lead Market localization of MCD’s Global mobile app.

9.Conduct sprint demos to drive alignment and release acceptance.

10.Lead Mockups and Wireframe Validation, gap and Impact Analysis to Make sure requirements are gathered and documented properly.

PAST EXPERIENCE

United Airlines Chicago Senior Business Analyst Aug 2015 till May 2017:

As a Senior Business Analyst for Digital transformation of Crew Scheduling, travelling and Payroll Systems, on Flight Attendant Domain. I:

1.Worked with Multiple POs and 3 Technology vendors. I joined UA as a Contractor in Aug 2015 and converted to full time employee in May 2016.

2.I owned PDLC from Program backlog to delivery and User Training.

3.I owned Business process maps, Business rules matrix, Matrix designs with Rules Engine Requirements, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Workflow and dataflow requirements for complex queries and processes to convert them to Lean and Development friendly requirements.

4.Advocated Development with UML/ Activity/ Class/ Sequence/ Diagrams, workflow, Data Flow Diagrams, and Flow Charts.

5.Lead Workshops and Trainings and SCRUM Planning meetings

Startup KRIYA Product Designer and Co-Founder Jan 2015 till Dec 2015: I took a break from my working carrier, to try and implement a vision me and my Partner had. I was working as a Product Designer on Startup App/ Website for collaboration of all Trainers/ Fitness Clubs/ Hobby classes and Studios, with a twist in the way traditional memberships are offered.

On Point Technology Inc Business Analyst Aug 2013 till Oct 2014: I was working as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master for Inhouse products in Unemployment Insurance, Fraud domain. I was responsible for Products from Product backlog to Implementing and delivering products on client locations. I worked on Products called BARTS, AWARE and OnPoint Dashboard.

IBM India Pvt Ltd Bangalore India Senior Consultant/ Team Lead Oct 2011 till Nov 2012

This was a challenging role, as I was migrating from being a developer to Product Manager/ BA. I was still leading a team from technology side, but gradually increasing my responsibility on functional domain of the project, which included Requirement Analysis, Data Analysis, Sprint planning. Maintaining Training Tracker, Communication Plan, Effort Estimation Plan for a team of 10.

SAP Labs India Pvt Ltd Bangalore India Consultant Development- Oct 2007 till Sep 2011

I started as a Developer in this role and went on to leading small to medium sized teams from development perspective in ABAP and integration of SAP to non-SAP Products. I was working as Freelance trainer at SAP from Aug 2006 till Oct 2007.
