Job Responsibilities:

• Talent acquisition –understanding manpower requisition, sourcing the desired candidates, conducting initial screening and arranging for technical round and communicating the employment status to the applied candidates.

• Induction and onboarding- Giving description about the company, policy and procedure and other general practice of the company to the new joiners. Issuing of appointment letter and other joining formalities and then introducing to the concerned team.

• Attendance and leave record- Tracking of the employee’s attendance and keep track on leaves taken.

• Payroll - Payroll processing and statutory compliance, responsible for payroll input gathering and processing payroll.

• Grievance handling - Provides support and assistance to the management team on handling and resolving Human Resources issues.

• Employees connect - Connecting with employees once in two weeks to understand the employee issue and getting suggestions.

• Employee Engagement - Conducting employee engagement activities once in every month (Fun events and sports events).

• Work with manager to address and assist performance management of the employees.

• Implemented the company’s policies and procedures; worked to ensure all HR provisions and regulations are in accordance with current state and central laws.

• Responsible for Monthly HR-related reports.

• Handling Business process management system and stream online payroll management.

• On boarding new joiners to the BPMS and SPM tool.

• Process Improvement (making changes as per the business need).

• Weekly business updates to the Top- level management including sales, coordinating with Finance Team.

• Updating PCI (process compliance index) score for each Team on monthly basis.

• Governing SLA (service level adherence) and updating score.

• Ensure SRF and PMR delivery to the client, coordinating with the associates.

• Gathering business status from each segment and updating it to the top-level management on monthly basis.
