Worked in 0.6 MTPA Pellet Plant in Rashmi Metaliks Ltd., Kharagpur, West Bengal from July 2011 to June 2014.

Worked in 1.2 MTPA Pellet Plant in MSPL Pellet Plant, Hospet, Karnataka from July 2014 to May, 2019.

Now working in Subarna Industries & Project Pvt. Ltd (Indian office of MEPC) Kolkata, West Bengal from June, 2019.

WORK EXPERIENCE :-

Electrical

Check list follow up, trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of Transformers, Diesel Generator, HT motors and LT motors.

Trouble shooting and preventive maintenance HT Breaker, LT Breaker, HT & LT Capacitor Bank, LV VFD, MV VFD, and soft starter ( HT & LT motors ).

Trouble shooting of Conventional feeders and LTMR including feeders.

Instruments

Trouble shooting of instruments like load cell, pyrometer, RTD, thermocouple, pressure transmitter, level transmitter, flow transmitter.

Calibration of weigh feeders, Belt scale, screw feeders.

Trouble shooting of limit switch, pressure switch, differential pressure switch, level switch, rotary level switch, flow switch, proximity sensor, inclination sensor, vibration sensor, pull chord, belt sway switch, Zero speed switch.

Trouble shooting of Electro-pneumatic valves, motorized operated valves and control valves and their calibration.

Automation

Design and implementation of ladder control logic to operate field equipment in auto and modification of ladder control logic as per process requirement.

Hookup of field instruments to PLC through RIO networking.

Handling the marketing section and business development for MEPC in Indian market which includes meeting with Project Head / Directors of different organization and then working according to their requirements.

Meeting with different vendors of Electrical, Instrument and Automation field for preparing competitive pricing technical offer for different projects.
