Design of Building Services for Mechanical(From conceptual to detailed design) like HVAC system including heating and cooling load calculations, duct sizing, equipment selection, etc. Design of piping and its network system(water, drainage, cooking gas, air, steam, medical gas, other mechanical piping) including layout preparation, pipe sizing, etc. Design of Firefighting and Irrigation systems. Supervision of erection and installation of all mechanical systems. Scrutiny of shop drawings submitted by contractor.
