Job Description & Responsibilities:

Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives

managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect;

Managed quantities of steel and form works, testing of concrete specimens, maintenance of site materials and daily quality check of work done.

Ensuring quality of work

Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities

Handling Sub Structure work such as Excavation, raft foundation, Isolated Footing, Plinth Beam, Retaining Wall, Backfilling and Pedestal with Bolted Connection.

Guiding and good coordination with all Sub-contractor

General Surveying and Supervision for form Work, reinforcement

Non Structural work like Block Work, plastering, painting, Toilet tile flooring false ceiling, and good coordination with MEP team

Erection of PEB Steel Structure, Roofing and Cladding Sheet fixing.
