Title: COST REDUCTION-BY ELIMINATING CYLINDER CAP LOSS IN LPG BOTTLING PLANT

In Bharat Petroleum Corporation limited LPG Bottling plant, Tuticorin (BPCL) we have gave a pneumatic cascading circuit to eliminate cylinder cap loss which was one of the major issues there.

The number of cap-less cylinders is counted using the pneumatic circuit and it is reported to the distributor and claimed. Thus avoiding a reasonable loss in the company s turnover.
