I was oriented about global opportunities that we can apply in the future hospitality or how to give empathy to the guest/costumer, on how to have intuition, personalization, commitment, inclusion, personality and passion. I was trained on how to handle different kind of complaints and how to think and make a solution. I was one of the assessment taker who got a 100% score.
