Report to Quality Assurance Director

Responsibilities:

Working as an interconnection point for GEA team and Haier team. Leader of QA, Process & Equipment team on Haier side. Designed/built the quality control system, manufacturing process & equipment system for GEA brand electric water heaters.

Leader of the following projects:

· Equipment qualification of stamping, welding, enamelling & foaming process for GEA Water Heaters(GWH).

· Genealogy system of manufacturing process for GWH.

· Quality control system for GWH - Flow Chart - PFMEA - MCP - MCI. Also including PPAP, MSA, and reliability tests.

Key member of following projects:

· NPI of GWH: Design review, process optimization, DFMEA, CPC setup.

· Cost reduction and Quality Improvement after mass production. Establish and maintain an uniform standard operating procedure of Enamel parts for all 6 factories.
