I worked In 3M Company for sheet metal forming at 10th OF Ramadan.

As A maintenance Engineer.

I was responsible for maintenance of equipment such as CNC hydraulic scissors and CNC hydraulic bending machine .

I worked as an operator engineer in "Abu sultan power generation plant". I began (27th march 2008) as field engineer Then I worked as control room operator (unit operating engineer on DCS system).

Checking all levels, pressures and flow rates and make sure that it maintains at normal and acceptable values.

Monitoring the performance of all the system equipment and make sure that all equipment work at its normal operating conditions, and checking the backup equipment.

Verify that flow rates, pressures and levels instruments are operated and active.

Raise and lower unit loads to keep demanded generation level and controlling Air / Fuel ratio to get maximum efficiency.

Normal shutting down units for periodic and emergency maintenance.

Isolating any equipment and up line it in service by co-operation with control room operator.

Connect and disconnect any electrical circuit or switch.

Proper lubrication for all motors and bearings.

Make sure that all fire protection systems are operated.

Consider instructions from the shift supervisor in any problem.

Taking the proper instructions (procedures) when isolating or up lining any equipment.

Make sure that the system has no visible leaks.

I worked as a technician instructor in Training Institute follow Saudi Electricity Company.

I was responsible for training technicians to work as a steam power plant operator (SPO) in SCECO.

(3/2014- 3/2020 )

I worked as a shift engineer in "Abu sultan power plant".

I was one of a teamwork responsible of the control system that manages and monitors all machines, equipments and instruments used for electricity production process through four units, 150 MW each..600 MW total power output. Distributed control system (DCS) is the control system used.

I was responsible for dealing with the national energy control and doing maneuvers for( disconnect & connect) high-voltage circuits, I was responsible for work orders for equipment maintenance at the plant. I was responsible for monitoring the efficiency of the units and trying to operate them at the highest efficiency, according to the operating conditions

I work as a mechanical maintenance engineer ALSHABAB POWER PLANT COMBINED 1500MW.

I am Responsible for the periodic and preventive maintenance for mechanical equipment. Participation in the partial inspection of gas turbines, participation in major overhaul works for a gas turbine and working on any sudden mechanical malfunction .
