I am a highly motivated and driven individual and my industry experience in both the fields of PR as well as journalism has enabled me to perfect my written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

I can work confidently on my own but I am also happy to be part of a team to achieve the best results.

Having worked as a journalist, no two days were the same and I was often required to use a broad skillset to connect with people, often regarding a delicate topic such as a death in the family. I strongly believe my superior communication skills would be an asset to your team. Working in both journalism and PR requires not only requires a high level of accuracy and organisation, but also the ability to work fast and to tight deadlines without comprising the quality of the work, a skillset that has become second nature to me. While working in PR I was responsible for liaising with my team to successfully organise various events.

I am a fast learner and from past experience have attained knowledge of data management as well as excellent IT skills.

I am a confident and positive individual and feel that my industry experience alongside my determined mindset will set me apart from other applicants and allow me to have an impact from within the position.

I also drive and own a car.
