DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Manages daily operations and quality control program actions in a comprehensive facilities operations & maintenance (O&M) contract to support eight GSA-owned federal buildings in New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, comprising over 1.3 million square feet of facility space. This contract includes multi- agency federal office buildings, U.S. courthouses, and the VA Philadelphia Information Technology Center (PITC), a three-building secure campus with 24/7 operations. Supports the Project Manager by overseeing daily operations across project locations. Supports site managers in prioritizing, resourcing, executing, and documenting PM and repair tasks. Oversees efforts to update the inventory and balance the PM schedule within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including supervision of the onsite CMMS specialist and a corporate CMMS SME. Updates, schedules, manages, and executes ongoing Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM/CM) programs. Supervises regular project Quality Control (QC) activities, including level 1 and level 2 inspections, recording results, and
follow up on any equipment or staff issues that arise from QC activities.
