Oversee the technical operations of a video production studio and supervise a staff of 11 for a live television broadcasting studio. Troubleshoot technical issues before they arise and attend to them quickly. Recruit and train new staff members. Create yearly operational and capital budgets. Communicate and collaborate with upper management to ensure a smooth and productive workflow. Key Accomplishments Include:

• Pioneered the use of robotic cameras for better coverage of horse races. A first in the industry.

• Designed, engineered, and coordinated the installation of over 300 cameras for a Closed Circuit HD Television System in support of a property-wide surveillance system.

• Conceptualized and built the Video Production Facility and the Television Broadcasting Studio. Complete property retrofit from analog to digital platform.
