Key Responsible Areas

Manage end to end employee life cycle including onboarding for new joiners, confirmation, performance appraisals, grievance handling, employee relations and employee separation.

Provide compensation support including compensation bands validation, inputs on promotion recommendations and competency-based resource utilization

Provide HR solutions for Business Units consisting 800 engineers and partner with business to implement the entire HR framework with a people centric mindset.

Manage the life cycle of employees with a special focus towards identifying, grooming and retaining of the key player among the workforce. (HiPo Program)

Strong focus on employee connect and developing engagement strategies along with business managers key aspects include retention, re-training and improve workforce morale. Ensure the performance management processes are deployed in line with the company’s core values.

Create robust communication forums and facilitate interactions between the employees and management on a regular basis. (employee connect sessions, skip level meetings, upward feedback, employee surveys, AHM)

Manage exit interviews and support the business in analyzing the data and provide innovative solutions to improve retention rates

Assist in Preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures to suit the needs of the employees and management.
