Inward process:

Material receiving as per Invoice.

GRN process of all incoming material and update the pending Grn with in 24hrs of receipt.

Material movement as per storage location.

Daily MB51 download and segregation of original bills for purchase.

Stores Activities

Kitting the Material as per production Requirements.

Material kitting as per FIFO.

Process conformation for material issuance.

Material Receipt and checking the correctness of the quantity by 100% physical count.

Ensure shortages are informed to supplier well in advance and maintain record to get the shortages in time. Have a weekly reco. With the suppliers.

Cyclic count of physical stock compared with SAP on weekly basis and send reports.

Daily consumption booking in SAP, online stock updation.

Daily mail on receipt of Sample materials to concern dept.

Improve identification and traceability of the materials.
