As a rental agent my main task was to rent cars, but also, I have to make inventory, merchandise our location and sell different add-ons on the rental. My focus was to provide a great customer service to create a good relation between me and the customers. During my time working as a rental agent, I was able to solve different kind of situations. For example, one customer reserve a 4x4 car at a specific location. When customer gets to the designated pick up location the car was already rented because of a co-worker mistake. Immediately, I communicate the situation to be able to find a similar car at the closest location. As a bonus for the inconvenience I include the GPS for the customer, who was very satisfied with the service provided.
