Did relief valves calculations for various units to increase the overall safety of a floating LNG plant.
Designed and revamped a process condensate stripper for the Carseland Ammonia plant, resulting in major saving in make-up water and environmental benefits.
Prepared an ammonia truck loading proposal for KOCH Fertilizer plant (Brandon, Canada) to increase ammonia sale revenues and compete with other fertilizer plants in the region.

Lead Process Engineer
Managed plant process design activities in the Houston Office then the construction and pre-commissioning of the plant in Beaumont, Texas. Co-ordinated and facilitated resolution of engineering issues among ORASCOM, Nat-Gasoline and Airliquide Engineering teams. Took active part in various HAZOP and design review meetings in Air-Liquide’s Houston and Krakow Offices.
Managed sub-systems for construction and pre-commission activities of reforming, methanol synthesis, PSA, distillation, Syn and Natural Gas Compressors, power generation turbines, Aux Boiler, steam generation, raw, demin, cooling, and wastewater units. Reviewed, air and steam blowing marked-up PIDs for primary and secondary reforming and methanol synthesis.

Worked on CHS Fertilizer Complex, BP Cellulosic and Navajo Refinery Waste Water FEED Projects:
Managed Ammonia, Urea, Nitric Acid and UAN plants FEED studies for CHS Fertilizer Complex, Sprit Wood, North Dakota. Coordinated with SAIPEM Engineering Company for design activities.
Supported Navajo refinery waste water stripper design using ASPEN Electrolytes model.
Worked on BP Cellulosic Ethanol Project. Developed Fermentation and Enzyme area PFDs and P&IDs and conducted process and P&ID review meetings. Used AFT software (FATHOM and ARROW) for hydraulic calculations.

Reviewed and approved process design documents of various Oil and Gas Gathering Station in Burgan Oil Field and North-East Kuwait.
Reviewed P&IDs and equipment datasheets for 3-phase separators, de-salters, plate and frame exchangers, air coolers, compressors, condensate recovery units, two phase pipelines, storage tanks, degassing boots, pumps, flare headers, blow-down, oil drainage, and sampling systems.
Worked with Petrofac team to discuss and implement innovative design ideas to achieve best and safe engineering design for Kuwait Oil Company.
Attended P&ID, HAZOP and SIS Analysis meetings at Petrofac Offices in UAE. Visited Oil Field - Facilities in Burgan Oil Fields and witnessed work in progress.
Supervised tank-vapor sampling study of various Oil and Gas gathering stations.
