Volunteered at Hartford Marathon summer of 2018 assisting EMTs and Paramedics in providing medical care and emotional support to athletes in distress. In addition to volunteering, I had a ride-along session with Aetna and had the opportunity to shadow the Paramedic and EMT on duty. I also shadowed a Hartford Hospital ED Nurse as required by the program.
