Role: Associate Product Designer (Powerwall/Electric Vehicle)
Powerwall (Tesla constraints): 1. Responsible for research on Powerwall mechanical aspects and aesthetic design for packaging of Lithium ion 18650 cells. 2. Chosen aluminium-5052 marine grade enclosure for powerwall with NEMA standards as it can withstand in critical environmental conditions. 3. Design, static analysis and topology optimisation of mounting brackets to hold Powerwall that can withstand when mounted to the walls even during earthquakes.
Electric Vehicle: 1. Responsible for conducting market research on EV and their parts, interpret the existing solutions for battery pack mechanical design and its thermal issues along with chassis design. 3D printing of 21700 Li-ion battery cell holders. 2. Create Part modelling, 3D assembly and drawings of Li-ion battery pack and enclosure with topology optimisation for weight reduction along with ease conduction. 3. Chassis for manufacturing process while being responsible for performing design calculation (motor power requirement) for Electric vehicle. 4. Responsible for free 3D software application and software price negotiations. 5. Responsible for vendor management having contacts such as H.B.Fuller, Bosch motors, Gabriel (Anand group). Dissertation on Aerodynamic Truck Design to improve fuel efficiency using PHEONICS
(Computational Fluid Dynamics simulation)
Role: Designed a truck-trailer in Creo (3D modelling, assembly) and compared it with existing Benz model. Compared both the models by simulating in CFD software (PHEONICS) and achieved the improvement in fuel efficiency.

Dissertation on Solar Rover designed with rocker bogie mechanism including solar energy to run the robotic arm and the rover.
For demonstration purpose, a rover was designed with rocker bogie mechanism. Rover utilizes solar energy to drive motors and other electronic circuits including robotic arm with gripper for lifting weights.
Role: Designed rocker bogie suspension and grade ability of rover.
