RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment and Selection :

Supervise selection process, Take part in interview process, the keeping of recruitment records and recruitment budget and approval.

Identify and implement new processes and procedures.

Posting the vacancies in portals, Employee referrals, Announcing /advertising newspaper & Personal Reference, job fairs and college campuses. Collecting the resume and screening these against the job/ Position requirements and short listing & High number of closures through own source.

Call and fix the appointment and take them to interview process and background check

Recruitment and training for support staff in all new office and joiners.

Implement resume database base and tracking systems. Payroll:

Execute the payroll.

Preparing the payroll input which contains addition, deletions, recovery, LOP.

Handling payroll related queries and preparing the pay slip.

Maintaining leave encashment, medical reimbursement and monitoring loss of Pay.

Statutory compliances [Payments and returns/Monthly /Annual] & Gratuity Payments.

Compensation & Facility Management:

Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs.

Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan.

Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
