1.Recruitment & Selection
Coordination with technical panel and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
Ensuring the recruitment and selection process is followed. Creating Job description, advertising on job portals, and newspapers.
Resourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, headhunting.
Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
Conducting telephone and personal interviews in coordination with department heads.

4. Employee Engagement / Employees Relations & communication
Effective managing welfare measures, management- employees get together, seminars, parties, recreational activity.
To detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs and to report them to the Project Managers ( Project Manager of site) and Management.
Resolving issues, problems and complaints related to policy interpretation, time office, PF & ESI issue and payroll.
Facilitating health organizational culture by promoting open house discussions, employee suggestion scheme.
Developed a system of regular employee engagement activities like Birthdays, Silver jubilee celebration and festival themes celebrations and other weekly activities.
Handling Separation Mechanism and providing the inputs based on exit interview to the management in view to strengthen the system.
5. Formulation, Review & Implementation of HR Processes and Policy
Focus on HR process development & improvement, create awareness amongst employees, review and documentation (employee handbook in English & Hindi) and implementation.
Involved in designing the new appraisal forms, coordinating with project managers for KPA setting.
Deliver PMS awareness sessions to employees to educate them about the process.
