I am a creative, result oriented and enterprising team player, with good communication and reporting skills. I possess knowledge and skills in Capacity building programmes of individuals and organizations, leadership and management, Extension Planning and Management, Agribusiness, Export and Marketing Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Investment Projects’ Preparation and Financial Appraisal .I have a wide experience in agricultural livelihoods improvement, community development work, HIV/AIDS, Gender, Village Savings and Loans Associations methodology. I have the potential to achieve the organizational and personal goals and can work excellently with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

WORKING EXPERIENCE
2006-2007
-Serving as a field assistant supervisor Kakira Sugar Works (1985) Ltd.
-Running a full sub-county supervised by the zone supervisor and area manager.
-Running both harvesting and up keep work for the company.
-Measuring the quantity of rainfall in the sub county on daily basis.
-Helping farmers to have good seed selection and also harvest mature sugar cane.

-Coordinator of the Budondo Organic farmers Association to the National organic Agricultural movement of Uganda.
-Helping farmers to run the principals and practices of organic farming .
