Job profile: - To manage the shift wise production plan with all activity related production on shop floor with planning and achieve the production target and co-ordinate with all concern department for better production, shift wise DPR entry and to maintain the 5S system on shop floor.

Designation: Senior Production and planning engineer.

Responsibility: -

Responsible for execution of entire production activities in a fabrication shop consisting of 86 workmen supported by 04 shift supervisors and 02 QC representatives.

Manufacturing Process Design (Welding & Assembly). Includes Production & planning of Boiler Pressure parts, Pressure Vessels & Heavy fabrication.

Product knowledge including General Process Sequence, Line Balance, Ergonomic & Safety.

Cycle Time Study, requirements of Fixture& Tooling development.
